A video of the meat industry by the Farm Transparency Project (FTP) showing the Calivil pig breeder facility in November 2023.
After some footage was released by FTP, Australian Food Group were ordered by Victorian slaughterhouse regulator PrimeSafe to install cameras in their gas chamber as a condition of their license. They instead opted to shut down the pig slaughter element of their business. The facility has since been sold. Calivil Breeder is now owned by Rivalea Australia, one of Australia's largest producers of pig meat."
